Refund and cancellation
These rules apply to advisory engagements with App Workbase Co., Ltd. They do not describe product shipments we do not offer.
Eligibility
Fees cover professional time and deliverables described in a statement of work. Refunds depend on how much work has started and whether a deposit was designated non-refundable.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@app-workbase.click within 14 days of the triggering event (cancellation notice, missed session, or disputed invoice), unless the statement of work sets a different window.
Full or partial refunds
- Before kickoff: If you cancel more than 7 days before the agreed start and we have not begun document review, prepaid fees are refundable minus a 10% administration amount (minimum 2,000 THB).
- After kickoff: Work completed is billed; unused prepaid amounts may be partially refunded after deducting time spent and non-recoverable preparation.
- Workshops: Cancel 7+ days ahead for a full fee credit toward a new date within 3 months, or a 70% cash refund. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable; you may send a substitute participant.
Non-refundable items
Non-refundable deposits stated in the statement of work, third-party venue costs already incurred at your request, and completed briefing packs delivered to you.
Process and timing
We confirm eligibility within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule of a workshop or readout is allowed with 5+ days’ notice at no fee. No-shows without notice are charged in full for that session.
Retainers
Quarterly retainers require 30 days’ written notice before the next quarter. The current quarter is payable; unused office hours do not roll beyond the quarter unless agreed in writing.
