These terms apply to the App Workbase website and to advisory engagements with App Workbase Co., Ltd.
Acceptance
By accessing app-workbase.click or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request work.
Services described
Pages describe advisory engagements related to partner performance analytics for channel programs. Descriptions are informational. A signed statement of work controls deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates we create under engagement, and our method notes remain protected. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes as stated in the statement of work. You may not resell our templates as a competing advisory product.
Client materials
You warrant that data and documents you provide are lawfully shared with us. You remain responsible for accuracy of partner lists, rebate rules, and extracts.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, App Workbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from reliance on advisory outputs beyond the scope written in the statement of work. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
